The drama between DDG and Halle Bailey just took another turn — and this time, the court is stepping in when it comes to their 1-year-old son, Halo.
According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, a judge has officially barred both parents from posting any photos or information about Halo online. The order states that neither DDG nor Bailey can “post, upload, or disseminate on the Internet or social media platforms, photographs, images, and/or information regarding the minor child or cause any other person to engage in such posting.”
This ruling comes as part of the former couple’s ongoing custody battle. While they can’t share Halo online, DDG has been granted visitation rights. He can see his son on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and every other Sunday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. — but only under the watch of a professional monitor, who has been instructed to ensure that both parents are following the court’s rules, especially when it comes to social media.
The custody fight has already gotten messy. Over the summer, both DDG and Bailey filed restraining orders against one another with accusations of abu$e. DDG even attempted to block Bailey from taking Halo out of the country, but his request was denied, while Bailey’s restraining order was temporarily granted.
For now, the court is making it clear: Halo is off-limits when it comes to social media, and both parents have to keep their issues offline.
